Wi-Fi Connection Tips

1) You can check the label on the router to see the frequency type, this plug outlet is suitable for “Single Band 2.4GHz”.

2) The Wi-Fi frequency can be modified by logging into the “Management Interface” on the router. The frequency needs to be set to 2.4GHz in order to connect to the smart plug successfully.
