This app will allow you to remotely access your video doorbell camera no matter your location, so you can easily view live video, playback recorded motion events and speak to visitors at your door.

1.WiFi:2.4GHz(5GHz can’t be supported)

2.The TF card slot sits is located inside the doorbell, push up to insert or remove the TF card.

3.If WiFi connects fail, please check if the WIFI is available with 2.4GHz signal, then press the reset button on the back of the doorbell to restart

4.Cloud Storage is additional plan. You can use the camera normally even without subscribing to the cloud service

5.WiFi SSID you create must be no more than 32 characters and must not contain special characters to avoid inconsistencies and potential problems
